Biography

John Powers Middleton is an American film and television producer born and raised in Philadelphia. In 2008, he began his career as an intern, assistant, and script supervisor for various production companies. In 2013, Middleton and Roy Lee began a joint venture with Nathan Kahane and Joe Drake by launching Good Universe, an independent and full-service production and global sales company. In 2014, Middleton and Casey Affleck launched the independent film and television production company, The Affleck/Middleton Project. In 2016, he partnered with Alex Foster in creating The Middleton Media Group.
