Biography
Henri (Harry) Touw (The Hague, 7 April 1924 – The Hague, 14 April 1994) was a Dutch comedian, joke teller, and television personality from The Hague. He gained national fame from 1971 onwards through his appearances on VPRO television in the roles of Fred Haché and Otto Kolkvet in a number of high-profile satirical shows, in which nudity, swearing, the toilet, dog poop, etc., often featured, with absurd humor (a product of director Wim T. Schippers). He also made several gramophone records (including Bakken aan de Bar). Together with IJf Blokker, he also created the celebrity comic strip series "Bakken aan de Bar".
