She began her career as a spokesmodel for Rockstar Energy and appeared in magazines like Loaded and Playboy before transitioning to real estate for a long-term career. She joined the Oppenheim Group and the cast of Selling Sunset in its sixth season. Tiesi was previously married to former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel, with their divorce finalized in 2021.
