Overview
The three-part true crime documentary "The Devil's Couple" reveals how Jean-Claude Lacote and Hilde Van Acker used a web of intrigue and deceit to lure victims across Europe, culminating in the gruesome murder of British businessman Marcus Mitchell. Meanwhile, they themselves—using their victims' fortunes—led to an extravagant lifestyle, boasting exclusive sports cars, a private jet, and luxury apartments.
