Christopher Richard Stein CBE is an English celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television presenter renowned for his passion for simple, fresh seafood. Rising to fame in the 1990s, he built a global hospitality and publishing empire originating from his flagship establishment, The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall.
