Overview
The Yokohama Bousou Union once ruled the streets of Yokohama, but their leader Tetsu suddenly announces the gang’s disbandment. He plans to leave the city with his beloved Beni to pursue a career as a professional motorcycle racer—but a tragic accident takes his life before they can go.
