Overview
Their feelings remained where their homes were - in Lugansk, Donetsk, Mariupol. There are no homes, no feelings either, it's impossible to even dream. But at least they need to be made to laugh. They are children! A landing party of "fools" of the highest order from the charity fund "Doctor Clown" is traveling around temporary refugee accommodation centers in the Rostov region and .
