In a world of ever-intensifying food production, where time seems to slip away faster than ever, what does it truly mean to be a traditional fisherman? And how does one make a living from it? Since January 2010, Boris has been a skipper in the port of Ensuès-la-Redonne. Aboard his traditional Marseillaise barquette, he offers a different approach to fishing: more responsible, more local, and ultimately, more sustainable.
