The scientist and inventor Yuri Yemelyanov was forced to master the epistolary genre. He approached the Soviet authorities with a proposal to introduce a device that could dramatically improve the ecology of large cities. Today, this dream is becoming a reality thanks to his unique invention, an ozonator that purifies the air from exhaust fumes and harmful substances.
