Overview

Shot between the two world wars, the film depicts scenes from everyday life in Macedonia, including Hamzi Pasha's quarters in the Skopje village of Bardovci, the Monastery of St. Archangel Michael in the Prilep settlement of Varosh, and the Monastery of St. Naum of Ohrid on the shores of Lake Ohrid.
