Overview
In rural America, circa mid-20th-century, where food serves as a powerful expression of family, heritage, and resilience, a Lebanese immigrant family navigates economic hardship and personal tragedy. A young man is forced to shoulder extraordinary responsibility after a devastating family loss. As he takes over the family farm, he must balance the weight of obligation with the challenge of discovering dreams of his own.
