Overview
Due to its proximity to the No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Complex, Ciaotou Elementary School Syucuo Branch has relocated its students four times within three years for fear of health risks. It is said that "Kisses and Hugs", a newspaper praising the benefits and prosperity brought by the petrochemical industry, is delivered monthly to local households.
