"Mohamed Yahya El-Elmy Abdel-Raouf El-Elmy" is an Egyptian TV and movie director. Born in Zagazig, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Ain Shams University in 1962, then he got training courses in television directing in Germany and Britain in the sixties and got a TV diploma from London in 1971
