Norifumi Kiyozumi

Norifumi Kiyozumi (清積 紀文, Kiyozumi Norifumi, born May 29, 1960), also known by his alias Nekomataya (ねこまたや), is a Japanese animator, mechanical designer, and anime director. He was born in Oita Prefecture. He graduated from Osaka University of Arts.
