Biography
Omar Mesones is a Venezuelan writer and audiovisual producer known for bridging literature and cinema. After earning a degree in Letters from UCV in 1983, he pursued work in cinema and video production. He has produced feature films such as Jericho (1991) and Señora Bolero (1991). More recently, Mesones hosts and produces the podcast Voces del Cine Venezolano, which offers in-depth interviews and critical reflections on Venezuelan filmmakers and film history.
