Camila Carraro Mendes (born June 29, 1994) is an American actress and producer. She has solidified her career in the entertainment industry after gaining international recognition for her versatility across genres ranging from teen drama to satire and romantic comedy. Throughout her career, she has received accolades such as the Teen Choice Award for Favorite Scene Stealer and numerous nominations at the MTV Movie & TV Awards and the People's Choice Awards, highlighting her impact on contemporary popular culture. Her professional career began shortly after graduating from the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. In 2017, she achieved worldwide fame for her portrayal of Veronica Lodge in The CW drama series Riverdale (2017–2023), a role she played for seven seasons and which established her as one of the most influential young figures on television.
