Aanchal Sharma entered the professional acting scene in 2016 with her debut role as Aanchal in the popular franchise film Nai Nabhannu La 4. This initial performance established her as a rising talent in the Nepali film industry, leading to a string of lead roles in various genres. Following her debut, she starred in the romantic drama Johny Gentleman in 2017 and joined the ensemble cast of the successful comedy-drama Shatru Gate in 2018. Her career continued to evolve with appearances in films like Black and the social comedy Daal Bhaat Tarkari. In 2022, she took on a role in Jhingye Dau, which performed well at the box office. Beyond her work in Nepal, she has explored international opportunities, appearing in the Telugu film Hitman.
