He is highly regarded for his deep, smooth vocal tones and is best recognized by video game fans as the long-running voice of Cao Cao in the Dynasty Warriors franchise and Dracula in the Castlevania series. Before finding his niche in voice acting, Rye spent a decade touring the country as a road crew member and stagehand for iconic bands like The Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, and The Rolling Stones.
