Biography
Leo Sato, born in Oita Prefecture in 1981, is a Tokyo-based composer and acoustic architect designing sound and time for film, fashion, and spatial projects. He received his Master in Cultural and Creative Studies from Aoyama Gakuin University. He founded his private office Sound+Light when he was in university and started releasing original works featuring “music that blends into life”. He also serves as a creative advisor and consultant for brands and organizations, and is involved in advisory roles within educational institutions. He is a member of the Tokyo-based multidisciplinary collective ETUDE LLP.
