He is the head chef at the Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt at the Buenos Aires hotel and the executive pastry chef at Duhau Pâtisserie, although best known for his role as a judge on the Argentine reality shows Bake Off Argentina and MasterChef Celebrity Argentina.
