Biography

Owen Lloyd-Fox is a British television writer best known for his work in UK continuing drama. He began his career on Holby City in 2008 as a researcher, later becoming a script editor until 2010. He moved to Emmerdale the same year, editing scripts until 2012 before joining the writing team, where he stayed until 2017. Since 2017, Lloyd-Fox has been a core writer on Coronation Street, and in January 2026 he penned the crossover special Corriedale. Alongside his soap work, Lloyd-Fox also delved into children’s and young adult drama, writing for Young Dracula (2014), The Dumping Ground (2016–2022), and The Athena (2019).
