Biography

Josèfa Ntjam is a French artist, performer, and writer renowned for her interdisciplinary approach that fuses sculpture, photomontage, film, and sound. She earned her degrees from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Art in Bourges (2015) and Paris-Cergy (2017), following studies in Amiens and Dakar. In 2024, Ntjam showcased her solo exhibition "swell of spæ(c)ies" at the 60th Venice Biennale and participated in the "A constellation of blackness" performance at FormaHQ in London. Her work is featured in collections such as LVMH, MAMC+, and the Centre national des arts plastiques.
