Biography
Adam Wilde comes to filmmaking as a musician and successful self-taught photographer. After graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in music engineering, he spent his early twenties touring the world with alt rock bands. After returning home to Ohio, he next scratched the itch of another passion, still photography. He started from the bottom, pushing a broom at Cleveland-based photo video/studio, TRG Multimedia. Adam would go on to become a sought after still photographer and video director whose work is seen all over the world. Today, Adam is the CEO and President of TRG Multimedia; a production house that has grown substantially and supports the creative lives of 80+ full time staff. Wilde is also the co-founder of Substance, a production company focused on producing genre-pushing film and TV projects. Adam’s life experiences draw him to access stories where the way in is as much of a challenge as the telling of the stories. He finds value in lives lived in the margins and celebrates the small triumphs of the people who dwell there. Adam lives in Lakewood, Ohio with his wife Kathryn, their 2 children and dog, Thor. Slowburn Shoot is his first feature length documentary.
