Biography
Katia Ruiz is a passionate filmmaker and producer born in Mexico in 2002. She’s been participating, mostly producing, short-films since she was 19-years-old. Katia has worked in Guadalajara's Film Festival in the production and events area and directed emerging film festival No Somos de Cristal: Festival de Cine Joven de Guadalajara. She previously studied communications in Tec de Monterrey, with a specialization in cinematographic studies and Film Production at Vancouver Film School, specializing in producing and post-production.
