Melita Farley

Melita Farley is the Learning Director and documentary film producer at Double Farley Creative Partners. Her ability to clarify material, be that written or film, for wide levels of comprehension sees her excel at both aspects of her role. She’s a seasoned training expert with over 25 years of experience in developing people and delivering results. As well as producing 13 films for Double Farley, Melita has trained hundreds of workplace trainers across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. She has also crafted online, face-to-face and blended training for a wide range of industries. She holds a B.A. in Politics and Linguistics, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital and Collaborative Learning, and is currently completing a Master of Information Studies. Melita is Learning Director for Double Farley Ltd.
