Biography
Ichikawa Matsunosuke (born January 3, 1907; date of death unknown) was a Japanese actor. Matsunosuke entered the kabuki world when he was five years old. He performed in kabuki theater until 1926, when he was nineteen years old. Beginning in 1927, he established himself as a leading actor for Shochiku Studios, with his premiere alongside Kinuyo Tanaka in The Harakiri at Tennoji. His last film appearance in 1937. He was then drafted into the army, and it is reported that he died in the war.
