Biography

Ilja Reiman, known as the first 'Gabber', came into contact with house music early 1991 – and soon began organising his own (illegal) House parties under the name ‘Multigroove’. It’s here where the originally Dutch subculture Gabber was established, known for its uptempo beats and shaven heads. From sex to drugs, Ilja has seen and lived through it all, and is here to make sure the Gabber culture remains an integral part of the Dutch music scene.
