In West Yorkshire, Inspector Sarah Bagley visits two dogs who are having a very bad hair day, taking the pair to be assessed and dematted by a local vet. Alan plays vet's assistant, meeting staffie cross Brandy, who is suffering with a skin condition that needs the hospital's urgent attention.
