Here they will only face themselves, without outside influence. The first day is a tough crash straight into a new reality with rock-hard training where they are pushed to their limits, driven by two legendary Shaolin masters. When the sun sets, the first thoughts arise about what they have really gotten themselves into. Even though they know that the only way forward is inward.
