Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles track a Chaos Emerald here, only to witness the Babylon Rogues (Jet, Wave, and Storm) rob the local bank. After a brief scuffle over the emerald, the rival bird thieves escape on their Extreme Gear hoverboards, setting up Dr. Eggman's EX World Grand Prix tournament.
